1. Согласно с изложенными ниже правилами asbhost.com предоставляет услуги частным лицам, но при этом ASBhost.com имеет право отказать в предоставление хостинга любому без объяснения причины.
2. Внимание! Бесплатный хостинг предоставляется только пользователям, которые используют свои проекты, на прямую связанные с Туркменистаном.
3. Пользователь соглашается с тем, что использование сайта - всецело его риск. Сайт предоставляется "как он есть": т.е. без каких-либо гарантий, высказанных или только подразумеваемых.
4. Администрация ASBhost.comне несёт ответственности за содержание сайтов своих пользователей.
5. Администрация asbhost.com не даёт никаких гарантий о полноте информации, о функциональности и красоте пользовательских проектов.
6. Мысли и суждения, высказанные пользователями не отражают мнение Администрации.
7. Администрация ASBhost.comимеет полное право закрыть доступ любому пользователю без объяснения причин.
8. Пользователь несёт ответственность в полной мере за свои действия и размещённую им информацию на предоставленном хостинге.
9. Пользователь обязуются не использовать услуги бесплатного хостинга для целей, противоречащих законодательству Туркменистана, нарушающих конфиденциальность информации или вызывающих сбои в работе системы.
10. Администрация ASBhost.comне несёт ответственности за сбои в работе asbhost.com и не даёт гарантий, что работа asbhost.com не будет на неограниченный срок времени по каким-либо причинам прервана.
11. Администрация сайта категорически запрещает:
a) Сайты "для взрослых", содержащие порнографическую информацию.
б) Обмен регистрационными ключами или программами для взлома лицензионного программного обеспечения.
в) Обилие нецензурных или кащунственных высказываний
г) Выражения ненависти или вражды к отдельным расам, нациям, организациям или отдельным группам или людям.
д) Файловые архивы.
е) Спам.
ж) Сайт политического содержания или же противоречащие уголовному кодексу Туркменистана.
За нарушение правил контента сайт может быть удален без предупреждения.
12. Администрация ASBhost.comне несет ответственности перед третьими лицами в связи с ситуациями, связанными с нарушением авторских прав
13. Пользователь, как автор сайта, утверждает, что его сайт не содержит материалов, права на которые принадлежат третьим лицам
14. Администрация asbhost.com не несет ответственности за любые сбои компьютерного оборудования произошедшие в процессе предоставления услуг.
15. Пользователь не имеет права требовать от Администрации asbhost.com изменения лицензионного соглашения или же процесса регистрации.
16.Администрация ASBhost.comне несет ответственности за утрату информации из web-пространства пользователя на сервере. В связи с этим служба поддержки хостинга настоятельно рекомендует пользователям делать резервные копии важных файлов проекта.
17. Текущее соглашение может быть измененоASBhost.comв одностороннем порядке, о чём пользователь будет своевременно поставлен в известность.
18. Размещая свой сайт на asbhost.com вы полностью принимаете данное Соглашение.

4. The administration of ASBhost.com does not bear the responsibility for the maintenance of sites of the users.
5. The administration of ASBhost.com does not give any guarantees about completeness of the information, on functionality and beauty of the user projects.
6. Ideas and the judgements stated by users do not reflect opinion of Administration.
7. The administration of ASBhost.com has the full right to close access to any user without an explanation of the reasons. 8. The user bears the responsibility to the full for the actions and the information placed by it on the given hosting.
9. The user undertake to not use service of a free-of-charge hosting for the purposes contradicting the legislation of Turkmenistan, breaking confidentiality of the information or causing failures in work of system.
10. The administration ASBhost.com does not bear the responsibility for failures in work asbhost.com and does not give guarantees, that work ASBhost.com for unlimited term of time for any reasons will not be interrupted.
11. The administration of a site categorically forbids:

b) Exchange of registration keys or programs for breaking the license software.
c) Abundance obscene statements.
d) Expressions of hatred or enmity to separate races, the nations, the organizations either separate groups or people.

For infringement of requirements to a content the project can be removed without the prevention.
12. The administration of ASBhost.com does not bear the responsibility before the third parties in connection with the situations connected with infringement of copyrights
13. The user as the author of a site, approves, that its site does not contain materials, the rights on which belong to the third parties
14. The administration asbhost.com does not bear the responsibility for any failures of the computer equipment events during granting services.
15. The user has no right to demand from Administration asbhost.com change of the license agreement or process of registration.
16. The administration of ASBhost.com does not bear the responsibility for loss of the information from web-space of the user on a server. In this connection the support service of a hosting urgently recommends users to do backup copies of the important files of the project.
17. The current agreement can be changed asbhost.com unilaterally of what the user will be in due time advised.
